How long does it take?
Launch (one page) takes about 7 days from your completed questionnaire. Grow (multi-page) takes about 14 days. Custom projects get their own timeline before work starts. The clock starts when your questionnaire is done — not when you pay.
What do you need from me?
Just the questionnaire: your business details, services, hours, photos or logo if you have them, and examples of sites you like. If you're missing something (like a logo), we'll flag it and suggest options instead of guessing.
How do payments work?
You confirm scope and price in writing before paying anything. Checkout runs through Stripe's secure hosted payment page — we never see or store your card details.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and the site content is yours. If you ever leave, you can take your files and content with you — we'll explain exactly how.
What do revisions include?
Launch includes 2 revision rounds, Grow includes 3. A round means a collected set of changes — text tweaks, image swaps, layout adjustments. Whole new pages or features beyond your package scope are quoted separately, and we'll always tell you before doing extra work. If you use up your included rounds, extra rounds are $49 (Launch) or $79 (Grow) each — proposed pricing, confirmed in writing before we start.
What happens after launch?
Your site is published and live. If you want us to handle hosting, updates, and small changes, the optional $29/month care plan covers it (up to 30 minutes of small content changes per month — unused time doesn't roll over). Without the care plan, your site stays published to fast static hosting at no charge, but we don't monitor it or make changes — you can take your files to your own host anytime.
Is Grow really limited to 5 pages?
Yes — Grow covers up to 5 pages total. A 6th page or more, or features outside the package (online stores, booking systems), are quoted separately before any work starts.
Do you build online stores?
Not in Launch or Grow — those are for business information sites and lead generation. Stores, complex booking systems, and custom apps are quoted as Custom projects so the scope and price are clear upfront.
Can I update the site myself later?
Yes. At handover you get your logins, files, and a plain-English guide. Simple text and photo changes are covered in the guide; bigger changes can go through the care plan or a one-off quote.
Do you work with businesses outside Orlando?
Yes — the whole process (questionnaire, draft review, approval) works remotely. Your service area and local details are built into the site wherever you're based.
What if I don't like the draft?
That's what the revision rounds are for. We'll rework it with your feedback. If we can't get it right within your included rounds, we'll talk honestly about options — including a refund of work not yet delivered, per our service policy.
